  • Do you accept credit and debit cards?
    Yes, our techs have credit card readers with them and will take payment when the installation is complete. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash will also be accepted if no other payment method is available.
  • Do you work in the rain or dark?
    Yes, our techs have the proper equiment to be able to do installations in the rain or after the sun has gone down.
  • What batteries do you use?
    We use Interstate and DieHard brand batteries. Their batteries meet or exceed all manufacturer specs.
  • What if I have a warranty issue?
    The batteries are warrantied by their manufacturer. If you would like mobile service from DIFY, there will be a $65 service charge. Interstate battery warranties can also be serviced wherever they are sold nationwide. The easiest is an Interstate All Battery Center.   • When do you take payment?
    Our techs carry credit card readers with them and take payment when installation is complete.
  • Do you do difficult installs?
    Yes! Our techs are trained to handle installation on all cars and trucks.
  • Do you do computer resets and battery registrations?
    Yes! Our techs carry diagnostic readers with them that connect to the OBD port in your car or truck. We can clear out error codes, reset the computer and register the battery.
  • Do you have AGM batteries?
    Yes! We have standard lead acid batteries that meet OEM specs for most cars and trucks, but we also have AGMs that are required in cars and trucks with higher electrical demands.
  • Do you recycle the old battery?
    Yes! Believe it or not, car and truck batteries are one of the most recycled products in the US. We take your old battery and send it back to the manufacturer who recycles the lead, plastic and even the acid inside of the battery!
